| On Saturday,
September 16, 2006, Meadow Creek Elk Farms was proud to supply elk
tenderloin to the Eastern WI Sustainable Farmers Network for their Fall
Food Festival. Executive Chef Steven Hilfer prepared an elegant meal, including Bleu cheese rusted farmed-raised elk filets with caramelized onion and grilled Portobello mushrooms.
