Now We're Cooking" is more than your everyday cooking show, it truly is a lifestyle perspective. Produced by the internationally award-winning, television production house, Video Trend Associates Of Oshkosh (see Video Trend description) and hosted by the 2- time Houston International Film Festival award winner Dan Davies (see Dan Davies bio) "Now We're Cooking" is an eclectic, 'Wisconsin' look at food, beverages, health supplements and the special things that make our state America's tasty and healthy breadbasket. This show is best described as a cross between David Letterman and Emeril with a little bit of The Galloping Gourmet thrown in for good measure. Dan Davies says "I want the TV show to showcase some of our state's most unique and interesting companies. Having traveled extensively throughout the country I am unabashedly proud of the quality of our indigenous food and products. This TV show is a great opportunity to highlight, educate and do a little bragging on these great companies, people and product." The companies involved are Von Stiehl Winery of Algoma, Falls Brewing Company of Oconto Falls, Meadow Creek Elk Farms of West Bend and The Slipknot Waterfront Bar and Restaurant of Fremont.
